In Japan, there is a proverb “Hana yori dango”, literally meaning “dumplings rather than flowers”. It refers to a preference for practical things rather than aesthetics. However, Japanese sweets are as beautiful as they are delicious!
Learn how to make three delicious tea time treats in this new workshop lead by Asako Nonaka! These dishes include tofu mitarashi dango, dorayaki (Japanese red bean pancake), and strawberry daifuku!
