I'm in Orland, Florida to have a vacation with my husband and son.We have been here for 6 days and will spend 2 more days. We enjoyed Walt Disney Resort, Kennedy Space Center and LEGO LAND. It's a wonderful vacation like a dream for my son :) Of course I have enjoyed it too. I'm in extraordinary life and spent exciting days.
The one thing I'm worrying about is food. I usually eat Japanese food, not so many dairy and oil. I eat rice, miso soup, a lot of vegetables and some good protein basically. But here I cannot find them. I have brought the mini rice cooker to eat brown rice and miso soup paste. So I can eat brown rice and miso paste sometimes but I cannot eat them outside the hotel. I ate the focaccia with mozzarella cheese and tomato, the omelet with cheese and french fries… My skin is actually in bad condition. I have acne on my face and decollate. So I realize that food is important for keep the good skin. I think it has the effect for not only skins but also digestion and body function for me. For my body the fermented food like the soy sauce, kouji and Natto are suitable. I don't want to say that American food is not good for everyone. FOR ME, Japanese food is best to keep my body condition. There are so many people who are healthy to eat American food. On the other hand, there is some American who feel in good to eat Japanese food like me. My intention to tell Japanese foods for them has become bigger these days.
