Hi! How are you? I'm good :) Autum has come in NY. The city has many Halloween decorations anywhere. I am going to join the party this weekend. I am looking forward it!
This time, I'm gonna tell you the cooking class report. One day in October, Flora and Peter came to the soba cooking class. They made soba very well!
There are 5 steps to make soba ; mixing, kneading, rolling, cutting and boiling. They cooperated the steps together. Peter was good at kneading because he has more power. Flora rolled and cut very well because she pays attention to details. It was really good teamwork!
Thay made soba twice within the same day. They were more skillful during the second time. As you know, the more you practice in making soba, the better you get. So I reccomend people to try again and again.
After making soba, we boiled some to eat. During the class you make 5 servings and eat 1 serving at the end of the class. You can bring the rest home with soup. How to boil is important because you need to do that at home by yourself.
We had a great time chatting while we eat soba. I enjoyed the time as well as the cooking time.
