Today I had the first cooking class. It was very good! I told how to use Japanese seasonings at the beginning. We made shio-kouji, one of Japanese seasoning made by rice malt and salt. We cooked rice, tofu miso soup, Grilled salmon and shimeji mushrooms in foil with shio-kouji sauce, pickles of daikon radish, and green smoothie. We enjoyed cooking and eating them!
