Green Smoothie with Kinako

Can you guess which food group contains the most valuable, high-quality nutrients? If you guessed leafy greens, you are correct! They contain important vitamins and minerals, crazy good amino acids, antioxidants and phytochemicals that help your body sing! Green Smoothies are best way to have a lot of greens into your body. If you drink green smoothies, your body’s immune system and body work correctly. You can improve your health and may reduce diseases.

 

Green smoothies is very easy to cook it. All you need are a blender, greens, fruits and water. You can choice your favorite greens and fruits. I hope you can find your own flavor.

 

Here's my recipe that I drink everyday. I add "Kinako" sometimes in it. Kinako is produced by finely grinding roasted soybeans into powder which contains B vitamins and protein. It's often used in Japanese cooking.

★Ingredients
1 or 1/2 apple
1 orange
2 kale leaves
12oz water

1tsp kinako

 

★DIrections
1. Blend all ingredients. That's it!
