Recipes makes 4 Servings
1/2 or 1/4 pumpkin
200cc water or broth (Dashi)
2tbsp brown sugar
2tbsp soy sauce
1. Wrap the pumpkin and put in microwave for 1min.
2. Remove the seeds and cut into bite-size chunks.
3. Put the pumpkin into a pan and add the other ingredients.
4. Bring to boil then reduce heat. Cover the pupkin with kitchen paper and place lid on pan. Simmer for 13mins.
