This is a Japanese spaghetti called "Naporitan".


Add olive oil in a frying pan and sauté garlic, onion, carrot,  green bell pepper and bacon. Add ketchup, worcester sauce, salt and pepper.

Add boiled spaghetti and the little boiled water. Mix them in a frying pan.
