Baked Vegetables with Tofu Sauce

Do you like white sauce? Do you mind if it is high calories and contains gluten?

Then why won't you cook Tofu sauce? This time, I am going to introduce how to cook baked vegetables with tofu sauce.

It is very easy and healthy. You could get good-quality protein and a lot of vitamins both at once.



  Cooking Time : 40 minutes

  Recipes makes  4 servings




  1 pack soft tofu (400g)

  1 tbsp miso paste

  6 tbsp mayonnaise

  A little bit salt and pepper

  An adequate amount of shredded cheese

  An adequate amount of any vegetables (e.g broccoli, cauliflower,      

  pumpkin, mushroom)





  1. Cut the vegetables into bite-size chunks. Boil or steam them.

  2. Wrap the tofu with a kitchen towel and place it on a plate. Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes.

  3. MIx the tofu with mayo and miso. Add a little bit salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Put the vegetables on a baking dish. Pour the sauce over it. 

  5. Put an adequate amount of shredded cheese and bake for 25mins at 400°F until the surface has browned.
